RG LEVEL 1 BEGINNER - LEVEL2 INTERMEDIATE GROUP
An introductory class that teaches the fundamentals of Rhythmic Gymnastics and Ballet. Students will be guided through stretching, pilates,ballet, acrobatics and rhythmic gymnastics body technique. Aspiring gymnasts in this class will learn how to use hand-held apparatus; rope, hoop, ball and ribbon. Strong emphasis is placed on developing a solid foundation for future, more difficult apparatus handling, ballet technique and compulsory rhythmic gymnastics routines. Students will continue first in the Beginner, after in the Intermediate class until she has been evaluated as having "mastered" the skills for this group.
*This class is open to gymnasts of all levels of ability.

RG LEVEL3 + COMPETITION GROUP
Our Competition group classes begin with an intense warm-up session that emphasizes strength, flexibility and form. Students will be taught pilates and barre routines as part of the ballet training that is instrumental to the success of a rhythmic gymnast. In addition to the apparatus introduced in our "Beginner" program, the use of clubs is introduced. Gymnasts in this program will learn several short routines set to music using all five pieces of equipment. Students in this program attend 2-3 times 2,5hrs classes per week. "Competition group" gymnasts are given the opportunity to perform at our Annual DUGYM Gymnastics Competition each June.

Designed for students with previous gymnastics, ice skating or dance experience who demonstrate the ability and desire to train at a more challenging level. Training include pilates, ballet moves, strength, flexibility, conditioning and Rhythmic apparatus elements.

ACADEMY GROUP
DuGym Rhythmic Gymnastics ACADEMY Level will train 3-4 times, 3 hours a week according to F.I.G Code of Points with F.I.G approved Rhythmic Gymnastics Carpet. Students will be taught advanced pilates and barre routines as part of the ballet training. This will enable students to participate competitions and events on National and International Level.
